Tube Settler Media
Tube Settler Media is a compact, high-efficiency sedimentation enhancement system designed to increase settling velocity and clarify water in STPs, ETPs, and industrial wastewater treatment units.
Manufactured from UV-stabilized, durable polypropylene (PP), the media is arranged in modular tubes or lamella panels to maximize surface area and promote laminar flow. This accelerates the settling of suspended solids and reduces the footprint of sedimentation tanks.
Tube settler media is ideal for both new installations and retrofits, enhancing the performance of clarifiers, sedimentation tanks, and primary/secondary settling basins.
